I finally got my Warby Parker try at home glasses I've ordered last week! I have been thinking about purchasing a pair from them since early this year but just never got to actually doing so until I decided I needed a pair of glasses that were more casual in comparison to my current pair.
So, here are the 5 pairs I thought I'd try out.... Please ignore the nasty pimple ruining my face.

Right now, I am leaning towards the two Sinclairs. I like the Burgundy Fade color because it's seems a little bit more laid back and feels more natural to me. But I am still unsure. I'll have to check them out in the daylight.
What do you think? Which pair suits me the most? Which should I get?
Criteria:
1. I need a pair that works well with my "style"
2. Casual looking
3. Doesn't clash with my hair color
I just love Warby Parker! I had to do an opinion post with my home try-ons as well. It's so hard to tell sometimes. I really like the Tenley in Midnight Blue. They've got a unique feminine quality that I think would fit your style really well. I like those the best!

ReplyDeleteIt's kinda a hard pick but I love the sinclairs in both the burgundy fade and the midnight blue color!
ReplyDeleteI DEF like the two sinclairs. Personally, I'd go for burgundy, but the midnight blue might be more versatile for your wardrobe!
ReplyDeleteomg HEART the sinclair in burgundy fade.. i'm obsessed with tortouise shell glasses.. something so sophisticated about them.. i use to have a pair of chanel glasses in tortoise.. come to think of it i should really get new glasses.. maybe i should get some tortoise shell ones too hahaha.

The Sinclair's have my vote! The Burgundy Fade is my favorite of the two.

ReplyDeletei like the sinclairs in burgundy fade. the color brightens up your face and it is a really nice shape on you. but honestly, you look great in all of them! i am jealous. i struggle to find a cool pair of glasses that look nice on me! i will be checking out warby parker!

I think the Sinclair and the Roosevelt are the best shapes for you, and it's hard to really judge the color in the pictures but I think some sort of brown tortoise shell would look best (maybe the burgundy fade?).
ReplyDeleteI live the burgundy fade. I can just imagine how they'll look in the sun cone summertime. But I think they're totally fall and spring and winter appropriate. Where as the black ones seem like they'd be better in cooler weather for some reason. Love your blog background. Yes yes, let's be friends :)

oooooo my favorite are the burgandy fade as well. They compliment your face nicely. Am I on gummy bears or did you do somethign to your site? if you didnt and it was always this way...I like it:) the clouds make me smile:)

ReplyDeleteI have a pair like your first 2 and last one. And the first one is the best, it goes with everything!!! Its work appropriate whilst still looking cool and trendy. On days where I just can't be bothered to match glasses those are my sure thing :D
Loving the Burgundy fade ones too, its a lot less harsh on the face and goes with your hair colour very nicely :D
