I was pretty amused when the title came to me moments earlier... As I've said before, I am not  usually a maxi-wearing femme since I am only 5 feet tall, and long bottoms tend to swallow me up.  However, lately, I've been drawn to these lovely, full skirts. To prevent myself from looking too swamped in fabric, I choose skirts in a solid color, that way, it looks like I'm being lengthened. 

I will not be limited by my height. I refuse to be a statistic. 
(hee hee)
And yes, I like to tilt my head a lot. I think it adds to the cuteness points.

  1. Mine was a mistake! I bought the thing with full intentions to hem it, saw this month's EBEW, decided to put it off, wore it yesterday, and have decided to leave it as is. I felt awesome all day with the wind playing games with it. I love the color of your belt. I'm obsessed with teals and seafoams lately... :)

  6. Yay! Another reason I am glad I found your blog. I'm 5'4" and always am sad when I find my favorite bloggers are waaaay taller, so the same outfits totally wouldn't work for me.

  10. I love a good rebel! And I love this maxi skirt on you. Those sandals are terrific! I have a weakness for strappy, criss cross sandals like these. If only I could get my small "hooves" into them! :)

  11. Haha I love the title. Also, you look good in a maxi skirt. Seeing everyone in them for EBEW makes me want one. I am 5'4" and I always feel like they make me look like I'm pregnant.

    I love maxi dresses and it definitely takes a little work for me to pull off the look because I'm on the short side too.

  25. I like to tilt my head too! Yeah i did realize the effects are somewhat cuter. Sometimes I had to refrain from doing the two fingers action in every single photo ..
