EEK! looking at these photos makes me realize that I am in dire need of a haircut! I will therefore try to distract you from looking at my hair with this somewhat cheesy post.

My husband and I have been so busy during the week that we spend as much of the weekend with each other. We went to an early brunch last weekend, and I thought it was the perfect opportunity to get a bit dressed up and try out one of the paperbag skirts I've been sewing like mad over the past few days. I know I've been wearing this leopard scarf way tooo much, but I can't get enough of it! It's one of those lighter scarves that you can transition wearing indoors! I'm thinking about adding some to the shop soon!

We had brunch at a German bistro. The food was a little disappointing, but everything tastes much better when you're with someone you love and enjoy spending time with. We chatted for a bit, while sipping on warm drinks and sharing pastries.

Long workdays sure make you appreciate the weekends much more.

How do you spend your weekends?

ps. Have you entered my giveaway yet?

Usually, I'm with the fiance during the weekends running around doing wedding errands or cooking the food I need to bring for the week. But we do like to hang out when we have time, like go to a movie or just eat out together. It's really nice to simply talk and enjoy simple things with him :D
