After a month of postponing, I finally watched Moonrise Kingdom. And, oh my gosh, was it adorable. I won't go into it, since I don't want to spoil it for anyone, but I'll say this:



I think that Sam and Suzy's lovestory is akin to my own: ridiculous but endearing, punctuated by bouts of madness (insanity AND frustration).  I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. My husband and I like so many similar things but are so completely different that most of the time, our stock response to each other is: "I love you, but you don't know what you're talking about."  It's so true.

  4. Yay you finally saw it! I loved that movie and I want to see it again!! I can't decide if it's my favorite Wes Anderson movie to date or not, but I adored it.

  7. I really want to see Moonrise Kingdom. My friend said it was awesome. It's not something Matt would want to see, though, so it's been added to my "for Redboxing" list.

  21. there's such a safari chic look about this outfit! :) your purse and belt add that perfect extra pop of colour. as for my ankle cuffs- haha thanks for confirming that another blogger also found them uncomfortable! now I know it wasn't just me. I've seen them on a few people before but they never mentioned the comfort factor...didn't know if they only popped them on for a couple of snaps or what xD
