EEEEEEEEEE. It's been such a long time since I've blogged. No time, no time, and too many things that need doing. The holidays seem to make time almost non-existent. But it's also a time to be with the ones you love. So, yesterday, despite the strong gales and the snow, I took an impromptu trip to Chicago to visit my bestie and watch The Hobbit a second time. I had a lovely time, albeit short, catching up, shopping, and eating too much. It was a great friend celebration.
Speaking of celebrations, can you believe that's it's only days before Christmas? and we survived the Mayan apocalypse? Huzzahs all around! huzzahs!
This is a super cute outfit. I too am out of time and the blog is in a state of sheer neglect. If there were a physical manifestation of it, it'd be a ghost town at this point. Sounds like you're taking full advantage of what the holidays are for. Have fun and enjoy it all!
ReplyDeleteAdorable outfit, I like the peek of colors :D
ReplyDeleteLol I wonder if there's gonna be another "end of the world" thing next year, too.
Xmas is just around the corner, it is definitely hard to believe!

ReplyDeletegood for you that you took a mini break and met up with your friend.
i still can't believe it is near the Christmas, though. ;p
I love love love that striped shirt. And I think it's perfect that you took some time to see your friend. That's what's great about having a for-fun blog, you don't need to feel pressured to post anything. Goodness knows my timelines are always wonky!
ReplyDeleteHuzzah! How is it warm enough not to bundled up in five layers??? I'm freezing.
