Bits and pieces of my surroundings. And nope, those marathon number tags aren't mine; they're my sissy's who is way cooler than I am. It feels nice to be back home, and I can't stop taking pictures of everything new and everything I've missed. I've been taking it (a lot) easy since I got here, just basically being a homebody, which is something I really needed. Working from home can be quiet, but I always have a list of things to do there. Now, the only thing on my list is "chill, yo."
I spent a few hours rummaging through storage, looking for things I may have forgotten to tote with me in Illinois. Namely all my crafty items and Lord of the Rings paraphernalia. I found the latter, but sadly, all the rest have been given away over the years. Lots have changed since I was home, but I'll tell you what hasn't-- these delicious corn fritters!

So glad to hear you are enjoying yourself back home. It's nice to just chill and spend time with family. Heather
